Not just another diversity program! Professional story artist and diversity consultant, Susan O’Halloran, presents a humorous and thoughtful look at the place of religion in contemporary American life.

Sue will compare perspectives on relating to "the other" in an America where we live side by side. She will point out both what is universal and unique in different faith traditions and the confusion and fears that result when cultures mix. Through exploring misconceptions and common threads in immigration, assimilation and life passages, past and present conflicts transform into hope for the future. Sue’s stories will bring alive various religions’ distinct histories and our common humanity to illuminate the experience of being an American in a time of religious tension and change.
