    Topic Title:    How To Conduct A Human Resources Audit

    The program will address the process of conducting a human resources audit from start to finish, which includes:
    ·         How to determine the scope of the audit;
    ·         How to identify potential problem areas in order to avoid lawsuits and similar proceedings;
    ·         Best practices for recruiting and hiring;
    ·         What should (and should not) be included in employment handbooks, policies, and agreements;
    ·         Properly maintaining personnel files;
    ·         Practices for performance reviews;
    ·         Documentation and procedures for employee discipline and discharge;
    ·         Overtime pay and other compensation issues;
    ·         Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting the employment relationship; and
    ·         Answers to questions raised by seminar attendees.
