Intended Attendees: Business Managers and Strategic HR Professionals.  For the last 20 years, most companies have operated in a "compliance-driven" work culture- in which standardization and policy adherence were the key strategies. However, with the rapid onset of social media, shrinking markets, the credit crunch, mass product recalls, and global outsourcing, it has become very apparent that we must re-think how we lead our organizations. In the current knowledge-based economy, talent development, engagement, and retention are paramount to the success of any organization. But traditional management principles are no longer sufficient to drive the business results needed to survive and thrive.
This interactive seminar will explore the innovative principles of "Results-Driven" work cultures- in which capital practices are aligned and integrated into the organization’s operational strategies. This integrated approach breaks down traditional barriers and requires HR to partner with the operations team to plan, execute, and evaluate a strategy that drives true business results.
Learning Objectives: 1) Learners will understand the differences, risks, and benefits of authority-driven, compliance-driven, and results-driven work cultures. 2) Learners will explore their beliefs about conventional management principles and quantify their impact on business results. 3) Learners will practice methods to align and integrate human capital practices within the organization's operational strategy. 4) Learners will discuss the methods to analyze and quantify the true business impact of a "Results-Driven" leadership approach.
