    This interactive session is a progressive view of effective wellness programming and is designed to assist your organization in moving your wellness program to the next level.  Many companies are starting to realize that having an effective wellness program is not only the right thing to do for their employees, but it can also have a direct and positive impact to the bottom line.  Nancy Dostal-Hoyt with Health Solutions, LLC based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa will provide you with the following tools to either start or enhance your current wellness program.

    Speaker Bio: Nancy Dostal-Hoyt

    Nancy has over 30 years experience in the wellness field, with 25 years in management.   Her experience includes teaching and coaching at the college level; managing a private fitness facility; managing a hospital based fitness and wellness program that provided services to employees, patients, businesses and the community.

    Since 2009, Nancy has worked with Health Solutions, LLC in a variety of roles.  Her focus has been on process development, quality assurance, resource management, and as the company Privacy Officer.

    She has a Masters Degree in Administration from The University of Iowa.
