Change is not only a part of life, but it is also becoming an expected part of business.  Change comes in many forms; sometimes change is thrust upon us and sometimes it is change we want.  Either way, how we react can have an impact on the success of the change.  As leaders in organizations, how we help others through the change and transition process can have a large impact on the success of the change initiative.  HR is uniquely positioned to leverage influence across organizations during these important times.
