Summary: The tempo of today’s fast paced economy requires employees to have laser focus, a high level of stamina, mental toughness, and personal fortitude. With these attributes necessary, high performing companies invest effectively and successfully to navigate the rigors of business expectations by promoting a healthy workplace culture for their workforce. As workplace wellness programs have exploded in recent years the theory behind the early objective for simply reducing company health costs has become outdated as the US workforce is now experiencing the complexity of mutigenerational influence. Integrative Wellness Strategist, Mary Ardapple Dierker, will frame 5 essential components for creating a culture for employee health and well-being in the workplace and at home.

    5 Essential Components:

    • Communicating Multigenerational Wellness Value
    • Inviting and Securing Leadership Support
    • The Role of Return on Investment vs Value of Investment Philosophy
    • Maximizing Employee Engagement vs Participation
    • Enhance Workplace Culture into a Healthy Performance Culture

Speaker: Mary Ardapple Dierker is a retired 30+ year small business owner of O’Leary’s Restaurant and Apple’s Bakery. Now a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, YogaFit 200 hr. instructor and a mentor for habit change, Mary is passionate working with professionals for achieving positive health and wellness outcomes for workplace performance and lifestyle satisfaction through the integrative wellness services of Coreview Coach.
