About our program
Mark will discuss cutting edge compensation research and its implications for human resource managers. He will focus on research based compensation practices and principles that generate value for human resource managers and their organizations. You will learn new perspectives on employee compensation and how to apply them to your organization.
About our speaker
Mark Brown is an Associate Professor of Management at Bradley University. Mark is the coordinator of the human resource management concentration in Bradley’s Foster College of Business Administration where his research focuses on strategic employee compensation practices. Hs research has appeared in leading journals including the Academy of Management Journal. Mark will discuss compensation research and its implications for human resource managers.
