    About our Program

    We will learn about the basics of general mental health and how COVID-19 has impacted mental health. How to spot problems or see warning signs in the office among coworkers and yourself. Learn and practice coping skills for general mental health well being.


    About our Speaker

    Justin Cody has worked with Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) as an Adoption Support and Preservation Therapist for the past 2 years working with children, adults, and families in the areas of adoption, attachment, trauma, general mental disorders, and coping with the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Prior to working at LSSI, Justin worked at the US Department of Labor (USDOL) as a Wage & Hour Investigator for nearly 12 years. During his time with the USDOL, Justin worked closely with HR departments throughout virtually every sector of business to help determine and assure compliance with federal labor laws.
